We generally despatch on the day after recieving your order, and despatch by Royal Mail. So, depending on how smoothly the Royal Mail is running you can expect your delivery within 2 to 3 working days.

IVET consists of a team of dedicated professionals including a pharmacist, a pharmacologist, and two veterinary surgeons who oversee sales and provide the free, practical advice for your pets in the form of numerous on line information sheets.

How do I contact Ivet?

Drop us an email. At the moment we are not offering a phone, as we cannot offer veterinary advice over the phone. You need to talk to your vet, and get him to take a look at your animal. With years of experience taking minight calls from anxious clients, we know that the picture we build over the phone can often be quite different from what we see when we see the patent. How secure is your web site?

Very secure. We do not hold any credit card details on this site, we get a specialist to take care of this for us. As vets, this is not our skill! However, we know just how important this is to us when we shop, so we have selected a payment provider we believe in.
